Our turnaround time is about 4-6 business days for the basic video ads. However, we aim to complete the project sooner than the deadline promised.

For the video production services we typically require 9-12 business days upon the arrival of your product.

*If you have multiple products or product variations, we would require an additional time.

Our video production package typically includes pre-production planning, 4k/FullHD filming, editing, sound design and revisions.

If you need a video production service or product photography we will need to receive a non-returnable sample. Or we can purchase it via Amazon or other shops if you will reimburse the product cost and shipment. If the product is a single use, we will probably need a few samples.

Before placing your order, we strongly suggest having at least a brief conversation about your project expectations to avoid any inconveniences for both parties. If you haven't provided any requirements, we will only be able to make minor changes, and unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
